PUT /v1/dashboard/accounts/:accountId/instances/:instanceId/kerberos_secret

Store the per-instance Kerberos/IWA trusted-proxy secret. Write-only, encrypted; never returned. Refused while the kerberos strategy is off. Owner or admin.
